Around the house and patio area there are flower beds and shrubs, and at the front of the house there are olive trees and vines. A piece of L-shaped land stretches up behind the house, that has golden broom and pine trees.
The house is accessed by a short stone track, preferably requiring a 4x4 vehicle. The surrounding area is a Green Zone, meaning that no further urban construction is permitted. The property enjoys views to the Serra de Açor, and is only 5 minutes’ drive from Côja, 20 minutes from Arganil, and 45 minutes from Coimbra.
