The house has a newly-restored roof, new electrics and plumbing. The windows have both internal wooden and external aluminium shutters. Facing south-west, the house enjoys plenty of sunshine and light.
The house is situated on the N2 road close to the village of Vila Nova da Ceira, where there are many shops and cafés, a pharmacy and a petrol station, and the popular swimming beach of Praia de Canaveias.
