Description of property:
A large area of mostly level land with a large ruin and 2 small wooden chalets.
On the land there are 2 deep granite wells that give an all-year round source of water for irrigation, as well as a small stream that flows in the winter months. There is a granite ruin on the terrain, and two small wooden chalets have been erected as temporary dwellings, around an old working bread oven. There is an electricity supply to the chalets. The land has open views to the south, and although bounded by a public footpath to Ervedal, 15 minutes’ walk away, is in a very quiet and undisturbed location. This distinctive piece of terrain has several areas of exposed granite rock, and an abundance of wild flowers growing, including wild lavender and tongue orchid, as well as oak, hawthorn and pine trees. The land would be suitable for keeping horses, with lots of tracks for riding nearby. The property is accessed by a good dirt track.
