Description of property:

Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor, that opens on to a large roof terrace, across which is the attic, that has been converted to a self-contained en-suite bedroom with shower and connections for a washing-machine.
Beside the house is an area of walled cultivated land, irrigated by the stream.
The property is a short distance from Celavisa, where there are 2 cafés, and just 15 minutes drive from the amenities of both Góis, including the popular river beaches, and Arganil.
