Description of property:
An impressive restored quinta situated next to the river Ceira, with a large area of level land, stable block and guest cottage.
The main house and guest cottage are accessed by a wide xisto-paved driveway that sweeps down to and around the side of the property, and up to the porch and steps leading to the main entrance.  On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living-room/kitchen with a tiled floor, fitted oak cupboards, granite worktops and a breakfast bar. The xisto guest cottage is a charmingly converted store-house, with exposed xisto interior walls. The entire property is supplied with 3-phase electricity (the maximum available) and the houses enjoy a fresh spring-water supply. Irrigation for the land is from the river via a sprinkler system.
